What's the max you'd let one stock become before trimming?

A friend says 10%, another says 20%, another says never trim winners. I'm curious where this sub lands, especially for people in accumulation years.

Never trim winners is how people end up giving TED talks from a crater.

I picked 10-20 but mostly because it forces me to admit I'm not Warren Buffett.

For employer stock my cap is way lower than for a random company I chose myself.
