siamese after dental cleaning has discovered a new octave

Pico had three extractions yesterday and came home feeling dramatically betrayed. Pain meds are on board, vet says he's healing nicely, but apparently the correct response is to stand in the kitchen and narrate the tragedy at 4:47am.
