My DeFi yield journal from the bear market was honestly depressing

I tracked every farm, every stable pool, every 'conservative' strategy for about eight months because I wanted to see if I was actually being smart. After gas, small hacks, token emissions fading, and me doing at least one panic move per month, the spreadsheet looked like a minimum wage job with extra browser tabs.
