coworker sends 'gentle reminder' 11 minutes after every message

I timed it today because I thought I was exaggerating. Nope. 11 minutes on Monday, 13 on Tuesday, 9 today. We are in the same timezone. We are not on fire. I am one Outlook notification away from becoming a woodland creature.
