crate became VIP rehab suite after corgi knee surgery

Waffles hated the crate as a puppy and now at 9 years old he's in there by choice because it means orthopedic bed, chew, and nobody stepping on him. Funny how context changes things. Rehab is still tedious but at least the 'jail' narrative is gone.

Did you do pen + crate or crate only?

Mostly crate with short pen time because he was trying to redecorate the pen walls with his opinions.
