I think I wrote one seed word wrong and now I can't sleep

Set up a wallet two nights ago. Everything seemed fine, but today I looked at the paper backup and one of the words is written so badly that even I can't tell what I meant. It's either one word or another and now my stomach hurts.

I still have access to the wallet. What's the smartest calm-person move from here?

Before that, check whether the wallet lets you verify the backup phrase on device. Some do.
