Barista FIRE people: is my mix too conservative for 39?

39, aiming for a reduced-work life around 48-50, not fully done forever. Risk tolerance is weird: high for accumulation, lower when I imagine actually living off part of it.

Current allocation:
- 65% global equities
- 15% bonds
- 10% cash
- 10% dividend/value ETF

Portfolio roughly 350k and growing okay. Am I making the classic mistake of building a near-retirement allocation for a not-yet-retired person?
