did the dog park nuke my beagle's recall or is 14 months just hell
Penny used to turn on a dime for a cheese cube. Last month we went to the dog park a few times because it was raining nonstop and now outside she acts like my voice is ambient noise. On the long line she'll LOOK at me, think about it, then go sniff an old gum wrapper. Anyone claw back recall after this stage?

I switched to a whistle because my frustrated voice meant 'mom is mad' not 'party at my feet'. Helped a ton.
