bought a nicer grinder and now my espresso tastes better but my ego tastes worse
I spent months insisting the old grinder was "totally fine" and that my channeling issues were spiritual. First morning with the new one: same beans, same machine, shot went from angry waterfall to actual syrupy pull. Hate when the snobs are right, even a little.
