moved countries this year and now my neat little DCA system is a mess

Relocation from Korea to the Netherlands for work, and suddenly the account setup, currency, and what products are easy to buy all changed. My old plan was simple. Now I'm hesitating every month because it feels like all the defaults got deleted.

Anyone else have to rebuild their investing routine after moving?

Yes, and the hardest part was mental. I kept comparing the new setup to the old 'clean' one.

New country usually means new tax/admin reality, so give yourself grace for the reboot.

routine first, optimization second is probably what I needed to hear

Try to preserve the habit even if the exact instruments change. routine first, optimization second.

I moved from India to Ireland and basically treated year one as a systems reset.
