Good starter hardware wallet for a non-tech spouse?

My wife wants to move her tiny BTC and ETH off exchange after hearing one too many breach stories, but if the setup feels like assembling IKEA furniture in a thunderstorm she's going to hate it.

The best wallet is the one she'll actually use correctly. Fancy features are secondary.
