ragdoll after surgery is somehow even floppier than the brochure promised

Tiny lump removal, all good, pathology pending. The weird part is how impossible it is to keep a ragdoll 'quiet' when her chosen way to rebel is just draping herself off furniture like melted ice cream. Anyone else have a cat who heals in pure liquid form?
