what are people actually paying for prescription kidney food per month?

Trying to budget like an adult instead of doing the pet version of closing my eyes at checkout. My 14yo just got switched over and between wet + dry I'm staring at numbers that feel like another utility bill. Totally doing it, just curious what 'normal' looks like before I start comparing stores.

In Germany ours was around 95 euro a month with one wet one dry bag cycle.

The prescription food was still cheaper than repeat dehydration visits.

That is the math I'm trying to tattoo onto my brain, honestly.

If they'll eat the renal food at all, count that as a blessing. mine staged a strike

Shop around. my clinic markup was wild compared with online pet pharmacies.
