I found my old wallet file but not the password

This is such a specific form of self-own. I have the old laptop backup. I have the wallet file. I have a strong suspicion I used one of three password themes from that era, all of which now seem invented by a stranger.

Not asking for miracle hacks. Mostly curious if anyone else has gone through the psychological stages of almost-access.

I had an old encrypted drive like that. Spent a weekend trying old patterns and then had to walk away.
