My 3-month experiment with founders after a tiny failure

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 10 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where product stopped feeling new.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 7 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. funding got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

This is adorable and oddly motivating. I used to overcomplicate this constantly.

I was going to disagree, but your second sentence got me.
