A surprisingly useful lesson from the library from my busy month notes

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. debt got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

My version of this was messier, but the conclusion was similar. A little friction removed goes a long way.

This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out. I used to overcomplicate this constantly. The spreadsheet should include the emotional cost too.

I would not call it wrong, just incomplete. My only addition is to make the first step visible.
