password manager rollout finally clicked once we framed it as a family problem, not a work rule

We'd been pushing it at work for months and getting grudging compliance at best. Then one lunch-and-learn focused on "how not to share the streaming password in a group chat with your cousin" and suddenly adoption jumped. People care about protecting their actual life, not just the policy PDF. Should've figured that out sooner.
