My 10-month experiment with routes from my lunch break notes
the detail that surprised me was how much a coworking table changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.
This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. commuting got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.
I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 4 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing. That route sounds like type-two fun

I do not have a strong take, but the break detail is useful

The conclusion is too broad but the example is interesting. I would test it for 9 days before deciding

I wonder how much of this depends on timing. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me. A tailwind can fix an entire personality for ten minutes

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality. I am curious whether maintenance still feels good next month

the conclusion is too broad, but the example is interesting. A little friction removed goes a long way. Recovery is training too

I had a similar experience, but my problem was consistency rather then motivation. I noticed the same thing in Istanbul

I think the bad version of this advice causes a lot of frustration. It sounds small, but the practice run matters
