if anybody needs road trip entertainment my husky sings at every state line

We drove Phoenix to Santa Fe this weekend and Koda did his full dramatic woo-woo thing every time we slowed down at a border checkpoint or toll area. Silent for two hours, then opera. My wife says he thinks state lines are ceremonial.

I had a husky mix who yelled every time we crossed a bridge. Maybe they're just narrating the transition.
