small win: frenchie and resident cat have moved from cold war to trade agreement

Olive the frenchie moved in three months ago. The cat, Pepper, acted like we'd brought home a loud ottoman. Today they shared the window area for a full ten minutes with no swatting, no snorting, no dramatic exits. I may frame the occasion in my mind forever.

Yeah, baby gate for the kitchen for weeks, blanket swaps, and way more treat tossing than I expected. Pepper still sets the terms.
