moved our marketing site off next and nobody on the team misses it

Before anyone throws tomatoes: the app still uses Next. This was just the brochure site. We moved it to Astro because we were tired of running app-grade machinery for pages that were mostly headings, screenshots, and one pricing table. Build is faster, edits are calmer, deploy diff shrank a ton.
