I parked everything in cash after a bad year and now I can't get back in

Age 29. I sold most of my equity funds after a rough stretch last year because I told myself I'd buy back in once things 'felt clearer'. Shocking news: they have never felt clearer.

Current allocation on about 92k:
- 15% global equity ETF
- 5% bond fund
- 80% cash

Goal is long-term investing, horizon 25+ years, risk tolerance apparently lower than my mouth claims. Anybody dig themselves out of this without doing something dramatic?

It hurts me materially too, trust me

The mistake already happened. Don't compound it with another year of paralysis.

80% cash at 29 hurts me spiritually.

I did 12 monthly buys after panic-selling in 2020. Boring but it worked on my brain.

Yes. Automate re-entry and stop waiting for the bell to ring.
