bombed the deck presentation, recovered, still cringing three days later

Laptop updated five minutes before the meeting, my notes view vanished, and I absolutely said 'hang on, this stupid thing' to a room with two VPs in it. Then I got through the rest fine! People even said nice job. My body, however, has chosen to replay the first 90 seconds forever.
