AVGO earnings reactions always make me feel underprepared

I own Broadcom and still feel like the market understands it in different chapters than I do. One quarter it's AI networking euphoria, next quarter everybody rediscovers the legacy bits or worries about integration.

My actual thesis is simpler: diversified chip exposure plus a management team that knows how to extract cash from complexity. But I swear every print becomes a theology debate.

Theology debate is dead on. Half the thread is semis, half is software, all of us are confused.

Broadcom is where my lazy diversification meets my inability to pick the exact winner.

VMware integration overhang is what keeps me from going bigger.

Reasonable. I keep telling myself they didn't buy it to be mediocre with it.
