city walk setup: harness or collar?

I know the answer is probably 'depends on the dog,' but humor me. Apartment neighborhood, busy sidewalks, lots of elevator and lobby transitions. Curious what people actually use day to day, not just what the internet scolds about.

Collar for tags, harness for the leash. I am a belt-and-suspenders dog parent.
