At age 30, what stock/bond split would you personally use?

Assume stable job, no pension, normal risk tolerance, no dramatic debt story. I'm 30 and deciding whether 90/10 is courage or cosplay.

I was 100/0 at 30 and technically survived, spiritually questionable.

Risk tolerance always sounds high until the account turns into soup.

90/10 for me. Gives me one boring shock absorber so I don't talk myself into selling.
