any decaf out there that doesnt taste like someone apologized over hot water

Doctor told me to cut way back on caffeine for a bit. I am being mature about it externally and extremely dramatic internally. If you found a decaf you genuinely liked, what style was it? Espresso, filter, whatever.

Local roasters are weirdly better at this than supermarket bags in my experience.

I blend half caf / half decaf and pretend I invented compromise.

Look for sugarcane process decafs. Theyre the first ones that didnt taste hollow to me.
