the biggest upgrade to my returns might be not opening the app at lunch

Not even joking. I wasn't making lots of trades, but I was making lots of bad thoughts. Once I stopped checking every midday wiggle, I stopped narrating a crisis into normal market noise.

Maybe discipline sometimes looks like literally touching your phone less.
