trading my stack vs touching grass

Every time I convince myself I'll become an active trader, my screen time jumps, my mood gets weird, and I start narrating candles to myself like a cursed weather man. Meanwhile the months where I just hold, work my normal warehouse shifts, and ignore the noise are usually better for both wallet and brain.

Narrating candles is so real. 'If this level breaks' bro go drink water.
