The hardest part of holding alts is the opportunity cost, not the drawdown

Drawdowns are obvious. Opportunity cost is the slow psychological leak when something else is running and your thesis coin is just sitting there making thoughtful blog posts. That part gets under my skin way more than red candles.

This is why I trim dead conviction faster now. Time is also a cost.

I can handle red if I think the cycle isn't over. I cannot handle watching five worse coins outrun mine.
