Set up my cold wallet today and it somehow took three hours

I expected 30 minutes tops. Instead I turned it into a full Saturday event: firmware check, seed write-down, coffee break, second coffee break, tiny test transaction, paranoid reread of every word, then finally moving the real amount.

Was it slow? yes. Do I feel better? also yes.
