sent USDC on the wrong network and feel physically ill

Posting this so maybe someone else avoids it. I was moving a modest amount and clicked through way too fast. Same ticker, wrong network, instant nausea. Support basically said they'll see if anything can be done but don't promise miracles.

Crypto really punishes overconfidence and mild sleep deprivation in a way few hobbies do.
