my cat has decided 4:58am is breakfast court

Mabel is 13 and apparently runs this apartment now. For the last two weeks she starts doing one tiny complaint noise at 4:58 then another at 5:01, then full opera by 5:07 if nobody moves. Vet says she is healthy, labs fine, just older and maybe Very Opinionated. Auto feeder helped for exactly three mornings before she learned it is attached to humans. I love her. I am also becoming a ghost

ask your vet about thyroid rechecks if it keeps ramping up. Not saying thats it, just old-cat yelling can change fast
