Regulation headlines have me second guessing every US exchange

Not in a panic sell way, more in an annoying background-hum way. Every few weeks it's another rumor, another hearing, another 'service changes for your region' email. I'm tired of feeling like my boring fiat ramp might randomly decide it hates my state.
