wore earplugs to a concert for the first time and now im mad nobody bullied me into it sooner

I always thought earplugs meant muffled soup. Bought a decent pair before an indie rock show and instead of soup I got... the same concert, but without my ears ringing on the train home.

Anyway this is me becoming 31 in public.

I started after a metal show in Leeds where my right ear hissed for two days. Never again.
