why does MRK get discussed way less than some louder pharma names?

Maybe it's just my feed, but I feel like Merck gets fewer retail takes despite being way easier for me to understand than some biotech moonshot stuff. Is it just because it isn't culturally exciting? Or are people worried the market has already squeezed the simple thesis out of it?

I think it's under-discussed because the bull case sounds too normal.

That's basically why it appeals to me tbh.

Retail prefers drama. MRK is like showing up to a meme fight with sensible shoes.

Keytruda concentration is the obvious thing people bring up.

Honestly being understandable is a point in its favor. I don't need my pharma names to require a PhD and a decoder ring.

Less story, more spreadsheet. Internet hates that unless the chart already doubled.
