What debugging looks like when you stop optimizing everything in real life

a few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 2 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

I tried this in Mumbai with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

I started this because my winter felt a little stuck, and debugging seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether stop stayed easy

Kind of wild how often stop is the whole issue

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing

the boring logistics are always the hidden part. I learned that one the expensive way

The vibe here is immaculate. A little friction removed goes a long way
