I changed one thing and suddenly debugging made sense in Manila
this is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. java got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.
I tried this in Warsaw with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.
My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 2 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it

The made angle is what sold me. My only addition is to make the first step visible

Love the tiny experiment energy. I used to overcomplicate this constantly

Glad you shared it; small wins count. A little friction removed goes a long way. Good reminder that tools should serve people, not the reverse

This has cozy competence written all over it. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a tiny balcony

I had a similar experience, but my problem was consistency rather then motivation. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a coworking table

The framing feels off to me. Not terrible, just not convincing. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me

I disagree a bit. manila matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations. That is the kind of detail beginners miss

This is useful for some cases, but terrible advice if the stakes are high. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me

This reminds me of something a friend in Melbourne mentioned. I would write it down before changing anything else

good clarification — I read it differently at first

my version of this was messier, but the conclusion was similar. This pairs weirdly well with falafel

I wonder how much of this depends on timing. The a neighborhood park detail changes the whole answer
