I tried doing training the boring way and it worked with a quiet constraint

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. highlights got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

I get the appeal, though I would be careful calling it the best option. The 8-minute rule is underrated.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. I used to overcomplicate this constantly.

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? I am curious whether highlights still feels good next month. A tailwind can fix an entire personality for ten minutes.

Can you expand on that a bit?

The tried angle is what sold me. The 8-minute rule is underrated.

I wish more posts had this much context. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.
