The small health habit that changed my first week from the library
I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 8 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.
Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the routine for a while.

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about health. This is more useful on a tired first week than on a perfect day.

I wonder how much of this depends on timing. The beautiful constraint is probably the real story. Glad you shared the messy version too.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. The social part surprised me too. The follow-through matters more than the perfect plan.

I wish more posts had this much context. I am curious whether habits still feels good next month.

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. The 2-minute rule is underrated.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. For me it came down to the prototype.

I would pin this if I could.

Big fan of this approach. This is more useful on a tired rainy evening than on a perfect day.

This has cozy competence written all over it. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a coworking table.

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 7 months. I noticed the same thing in Cairo. Small progress still counts.
