I finally understand why Basketball people care about highlights after 16 tries
My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 7 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.
The detail that surprised me was how much the corner shop changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.
I started this because my quiet Sunday felt a little stuck, and training seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. Consistency beats intensity here

Glad you shared it; small wins count. The gentle constraint is probably the real story

The boring logistics are always the hidden part. My only addition is to make the first step visible. Tactics are half the fun when nobody is shouting

The highlights angle is what sold me. My friend tried it in Lisbon and had teh opposite result

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. For me it came down to the tiny repair

I am saving this for the next time I overthink people. It sounds small, but the first draft matters

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. My friend tried it in Buenos Aires and had the opposite result. The best gear is the one that gets used

glad you shared it; small wins count. I keep a note about training for exactly this reason

What would you change if you started over? Honestly, the simplest version wins for me

This is adorable and oddly motivating. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing

Great point, especially the part about highlights. The practical constraint is probably the real story. Tactics are half the fun when nobody is shouting

this is useful for some cases, but terrible advice if the stakes are high. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a coworking table

I wish more posts had this much context. I used to overcomplicate this constantly

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. I am curious whether highlights still feels good next month
