A tiny story about idli, Buenos Aires and timing after a tiny failure
Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.
This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. nba got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.
Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Basketball feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

can you share what you tried before this? I keep a note about training for exactly this reason. Recovery is training too

I think this advice is overrated. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a neighborhood park

That is a good question for people with more experience then me. I am curious whether pickup still feels good next month

that last line is excellent. My only addition is to make the first step visible. Recovery is training too
