Making basketball feel less like an exam

I'm no expert, just trying to make basketball less intimidating. It got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam. I've been noting what worked, what felt awkward and what I'd change next time.

What works for you on a tired weekday, not just an ideal Sunday?

I'm cheering for this update.

I read it differently at first.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. For me it came down to the setup

I'd write it down before changing anything else.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot.

can you share what you tried before this? I keep a note about training for exactly this reason. Recovery is training too

I think this advice is overrated. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a neighborhood park

That's a question for someone with more experience than me. I'm curious whether pickup still feels good next month.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. I noticed the same thing in Madrid

I'd make the first step visible. Recovery is training too.
