Keeping pickup simple

I tried this with friends in Lisbon and Mumbai. Both times, doing it together mattered more than the perfect plan.

What helped was keeping the first step visible, removing one annoying decision and giving the boring repeat some credit. I'm trying not to treat every attempt like a final exam.
