Why does advice feel easy for everyone except me with limited time?

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday

I would ask what outcome you want in two weeks, not in some ideal future. That makes the choice much clearer. I am curious whether stories still feels good next month

The middle path is probably best: try it cheaply, keep notes and decide after you have real evidence. This is more useful on a tired late summer then on a perfect day

I disagree a bit. limited matters but the bigger issue is usually expectations. The Mumbai example makes it feel concrete. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability

My practical advice is to make the next step tiny enough that you can do it today. Momentum usually answers half the question. I learned that one the expensive way
