NFT utility beyond art/collectibles — what's actually shipping in production right now?

Genuinely curious, not trying to reignite the 2021 hype cycle. Seeing some interesting use cases in event ticketing and supply chain verification that seem to use the tech for what it's actually good at (verifiable uniqueness/ownership) rather than jpegs. Anyone working with this stuff in a real production context?

event ticketing is probably the most legitimate use case ive seen in production, solves real scalping and fraud problems that existing ticketing systems have struggled with for decades

supply chain verification pilots exist but adoption is slow because it requires the WHOLE chain to participate, one weak link and the verification value drops a lot

real estate title/deed verification is an interesting one thats being piloted in a few places, though legal recognition is the actual bottleneck there not the tech

gaming item ownership across platforms is the use case im most interested in still, hasnt really shipped at scale yet but conceptually makes sense

the branding damage from the 2021 hype cycle is honestly the biggest barrier to serious adoption of legitimate use cases now, people hear nft and tune out immediately

academic credential verification (diplomas, certifications) is a quiet but genuinely sensible use case gaining some traction in a few universities
