PHP patch week: how did your team handle the emergency updates?

With the critical PHP vulnerabilities and agencies telling people to patch or go offline, I'm curious how teams actually handled it. Did you have an inventory of everything running PHP? Containers made it easy or harder? Legacy apps nobody owns?

containerized stuff was easy, rebuild and redeploy. the VMs with hand installed php were the nightmare
