Married folks: how do you split chores when you both work full time?

My partner and I both work 40+ hours and we keep having the same argument about who does what. 50/50 list? Each person owns certain rooms? Just outsource? What actually worked for you long term?

we each own categories, not tasks. I own laundry and bathrooms forever, she owns kitchen and groceries. no more keeping score
