What nonfiction looks like when you stop optimizing everything

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 7 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Anecdotally, this tracks with what I have seen. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

There is probably a middle ground here. The delightful part is easy to underestimate.
