I changed one thing and suddenly joinery made sense after a tiny failure
Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.
This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. furniture got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.
I started this because my late summer felt a little stuck, and joinery seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.
The detail that surprised me was how much the corner shop changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.
